
Tremuliastos
North Thrace
Tremuliastos or Tremulistos is a beautiful dance of Eastern Romelia in which the dancers each other's belt and dance lightly shaking their bodies. That's why it's called "Dizzy dance" (Tremo = I feel dizzy in greek). It's a mixed dance for both men and women. The hand grip is made at the wrists level with the elbows stretched downward.
